The ranking is formed only by the number of confirmed votes. On a tie, whoever reached that number first ranks higher.
Every Telegram account can support each participant for free once a day (1 vote per participant per day, Tashkent time). Extra votes are purchased: any number of times and for any participant.
You buy a number of votes, not a position. Positions are always calculated automatically.
Votes are credited only after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider on our server.
Vote purchases close the moment a category ends. The participant in first place becomes the winner.
Credited votes are not revoked or refunded, because they are already counted in the public ranking.
The TOPME ranking reflects audience support expressed in purchased votes. It is not an objective assessment of quality, an expert opinion or an independent vote.
Participant data is collected only from public sources and official APIs. TOPME does not bypass authentication, CAPTCHA or private profiles. Inaccuracies can be corrected by writing to a moderator.
Participation is free. Applications are reviewed by a moderator; the ✓ Verified badge means a moderator has confirmed the profile belongs to the participant, and is not an assessment of quality.
A participant's owner (the account that submitted the application) cannot vote for it or buy votes for it.
